What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we process:

• Name, email address, optional phone number, and your message text.
• Technical metadata the server may log for security (for example IP address and timestamp) if your hosting provider records it.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social widgets on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, and maintain related correspondence. Processing is based on your request to contact us and our legitimate interest in operating a consulting business, within PDPA fairness and purpose-limitation principles.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for contract performance, tax, or dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete earlier where no legal obligation prevents it.

Your rights

Under PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction regarding your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@rebootflow.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with Taiwan’s competent authority.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your data may be processed on servers located where our hosting provider operates. We use providers only as needed to deliver the site and form handler.

Form handling

Inquiries are sent via a same-domain HTTPS endpoint (/api/inquiry) operated for rebootflow.digital. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing.

Changes

We may update this notice when our practices change. The review date of this version is 26 October 2026.
